This Policy applies only to the Kyormar products or services provided by Shenzhen Luohuo Technology Co., Ltd. It was most recently updated on August 14, 2026.
This Policy explains the following:
We understand how important your information is and make every effort to keep it secure and reliable. We work to maintain your trust by following principles of accountability, clearly defined purposes, informed choice and consent, data minimization, security, individual participation, openness, and transparency. We also apply mature industry security standards and appropriate safeguards to protect your information.
Please read and understand this Privacy Policy carefully before using our products or services.
Kyormar is an instant messaging product. Its main features include mobile-number registration and sign-in, friends and groups, text and multimedia messages, file transfers, voice messages, voice calls, video calls, offline-message reminders, and incoming-call reminders. To provide these features, we process information you enter, upload, or send, together with necessary data generated while the service operates.
Account services process mobile numbers, SMS verification codes, email addresses, account names, passwords, sign-in status, avatars, nicknames, profile information, device sign-in records, and necessary security logs. Mobile numbers and verification codes support registration, SMS sign-in, account recovery, number binding or verification, unusual-sign-in detection, and account security. We record the verification scenario, sending time, verification result, device identifier, and necessary security logs to limit repeated requests, prevent malicious registration, investigate verification issues, and handle account disputes.
Friend and group features process friend relationships, group relationships, member lists, group roles, group nicknames, group announcements, group settings, application records, and operation times. Messaging features process message content, senders, recipients, conversation identifiers, group identifiers, message times, message status, recall status, read or unread status, resource addresses, and necessary synchronization logs.
When you actively send an avatar, photo, voice message, video, or file, we process the file content, name, type, size, upload time, upload and download results, access address, and necessary network logs for upload, storage, forwarding, preview, download, saving, and troubleshooting. When you place or answer an audio or video call, we process room, user, and conversation identifiers, connection and device status, network quality, call time, and necessary logs. Audio and video data is transmitted only during the real-time connection.
To deliver offline messages, incoming-call reminders, and notifications, we process device push identifiers, app-operation status, network status, notification titles and summaries, conversation identifiers, and notification-click results. On Android, applicable push services provide offline notifications. Getui, Gtc, and vivo Push on applicable devices start only after you actively accept the login-page agreements and sign in. Firebase Cloud Messaging ("FCM") integrated in overseas Android versions may generate or maintain FCM push identifiers when the app starts to support later offline-notification functionality. Device and app versions, network type, IP address, crash and error logs, and unusual-behavior records support security controls, troubleshooting, compatibility improvements, and message-delivery analysis.

Processing includes receiving information you enter, verifying codes, saving account status, and recording necessary security operations.

We use them to identify unusual sign-ins, prevent malicious registration and SMS abuse, investigate faults, improve compatibility, and protect service security. Processing includes generating necessary service logs and performing authorized security analysis.
We collect and use information only for the business functions described in this Policy. The purpose of collection is to provide products or services. You may choose whether to provide information, but in many cases we may be unable to provide the corresponding service or respond to your issue if you do not provide it.
When you use our services, information that you provide or that is necessary to provide the services may include your nickname, avatar, mobile number, location information, device information, and service-log information.
We use collected information to help you register, protect account security, establish and manage contacts, and use direct-chat and group-chat features.
You authorize us to use the information above while you use the service. When you stop using push services, we stop using and delete the corresponding information as required by applicable rules.
We de-identify or anonymize collected information as required by law. Information that cannot identify a natural person by itself or together with other information is not personal information in the legal sense. If non-personal information is combined with other information to identify you, or used together with your personal information, we treat the combined information as personal information during that use and handle and protect it under this Policy.
If operation, technical improvement, service changes, or business strategy requires us to collect, use, or process information beyond the scope above, use collected information for a purpose not stated in this Policy, or reuse information collected for one purpose for another purpose, we notify you within a reasonable period after obtaining the information or before processing it and obtain your authorization where required.
Under applicable laws, regulations, and national standards, we may collect and use your information without obtaining separate consent in the following circumstances:
1. The processing is directly related to national security or national defense security.
2. The processing is directly related to public security, public health, or major public interests.
3. The processing is directly related to criminal investigation, prosecution, trial, or enforcement of judgments.

5. The information was made public by you.
6. The information was collected from lawfully disclosed sources, such as lawful news reports or government information disclosures.
7. The processing is necessary to enter into or perform a contract at your request.
8. The processing is necessary to maintain the secure and stable operation of software and related services, including detecting and resolving faults.
9. The personal-information controller is a news organization and the processing is necessary for lawful news reporting.
10. An academic research institution needs the processing to conduct statistical or academic research in the public interest and de-identifies personal information contained in externally provided research or descriptive results.
11. Other circumstances provided by laws and regulations.
To keep our website operating properly, we may store small data files called cookies on your computer or mobile device. Cookies commonly contain an identifier, site name, and certain numbers and characters. They allow a website to store data about your access preferences.
We do not use cookies for purposes outside those described in this Policy. You may manage or delete cookies according to your preferences. You can clear cookies stored on your computer, and most browsers allow you to block them. If you do so, you may need to change your settings each time you visit our website.
In addition to cookies, we may use web beacons, pixel tags, and similar technologies on our website. For example, emails we send may contain a click-through URL linking to content on our website.
If you click the link, we may track that click to understand product or service preferences and improve customer service. A web beacon is usually a transparent image embedded in a website or email. Pixel tags in emails can tell us whether an email was opened. You may unsubscribe from our mailing list if you do not want your activity tracked in this way.
Many browsers provide a Do Not Track feature that can send a Do Not Track request to websites. Major internet standards organizations have not yet established rules governing how websites should respond. If your browser enables Do Not Track, our websites respect that choice.
We do not share your information with another company, organization, or individual except in the following circumstances:
1. Sharing with explicit consent: After obtaining your explicit consent, we may share your information with another party.
2. We may share your information as required by laws and regulations or by a mandatory request from a competent government authority.
3. Sharing with affiliates: Your information may be shared with our affiliates. We share only necessary information and keep the sharing within the purposes stated in this Policy. If an affiliate changes the processing purpose, it must obtain your consent again.
4. Sharing with authorized partners: Some services are provided by authorized partners solely to achieve the purposes stated in this Policy. We may share necessary information with partners to provide customer service and user experience. We share information only for lawful, legitimate, necessary, specific, and explicit purposes and only to the extent required to provide the service. We publicly disclose your information only in the following circumstances:
1. After obtaining your explicit consent.
2. Disclosure required by law: We may publicly disclose information where required by law, legal process, litigation, or a mandatory request from a competent government authority.
Under applicable laws, regulations, and national standards, we may share, transfer, or publicly disclose your information without prior consent in the following circumstances:

1. We use industry-standard safeguards to protect information you provide against unauthorized access, public disclosure, use, alteration, damage, or loss. We take all reasonably practicable measures to protect information. For example, data exchanged between your browser and the service is protected by SSL encryption; our website supports HTTPS; we use encryption to maintain confidentiality; trusted protection mechanisms help prevent malicious attacks; access controls limit information to authorized personnel; and security and privacy training strengthens employee awareness.
2. We currently have no certifications that require separate listing in this Policy.
3. We protect data through HTTPS encrypted transmission, account-security verification, access controls, log auditing, backup protection, and unusual-access monitoring.
4. We take reasonably practicable measures to avoid collecting unrelated information. We retain your information only for the period required to achieve the purposes stated in this Policy, unless a longer retention period is necessary or permitted by law.
5. The internet is not an absolutely secure environment. Email, instant messaging, and communications with other users may not be encrypted. Exercise care when sending personal information through those channels.
6. We handle and disclose security risks and personal-information security incidents as required by law. You may submit an inquiry or complaint through the email address in Section 9, "How to Contact Us."
No internet environment is completely secure. We make every effort to protect information you send to us, but even with reasonable and necessary measures, unlawful access, theft, alteration, or destruction may still occur and affect your lawful rights. Please understand these inherent network risks.
If an information-security incident occurs, we notify you as required by law of the basic facts and possible impact, measures already taken or planned, precautions you may take, and available remedies. We provide notice by email, letter, telephone, push notification, or another appropriate method. Where individual notice is impracticable, we publish an announcement. We also report the response to the competent regulator as required.
Under applicable Chinese laws, regulations, and standards, and common practices in other countries and regions, we support the following rights concerning your information.
You have the right to access your information, subject to exceptions provided by law. You can view relevant information in Kyormar's profile, friend, group, conversation, and settings pages.
If you cannot access information through the app, email 2439646234@qq.com. We process the request after completing identity verification.
For other information that cannot be viewed directly in the app, you may request access by emailing 2439646234@qq.com.
If information we process about you is inaccurate, you may request correction. You can update information through Kyormar's profile, friend, group, and settings pages. If correction is unavailable in the app, email 2439646234@qq.com.
You may request deletion in the following circumstances:
1. Our processing violates laws or regulations.
2. We collected or used your information without obtaining required consent.
3. Our processing violates our agreement with you.
4. You no longer use our products or services, or you cancel your account.
5. We no longer provide products or services to you.
We assess deletion requests and take appropriate steps where the requirements are met. We may ask you to verify your identity to protect account security. Because of applicable law and security technology, information deleted from the active service may not be removed from backups immediately. We securely retain it until the backup can be cleared or anonymized.
Each business function requires certain basic information. You can disable camera, microphone, photo, file, notification, Bluetooth, and biometric permissions in system settings and disable corresponding features or reminders in Kyormar.
After consent is withdrawn, we stop the corresponding processing. Withdrawal may make certain services or features unavailable. It does not affect processing already carried out on the basis of your authorization.
You can request account cancellation through Kyormar's in-app settings page. After submission, the account enters a 10-day processing period. During that period, you can verify your identity using an SMS code and expressly confirm "Restore account and cancel the account-cancellation request" to restore the account.
After cancellation, we stop providing products or services and delete or anonymize information at your request, except where otherwise required by law. Cancellation may cause you to lose access to account data, so proceed carefully.
You have the right to obtain a copy of your information. For information that cannot be exported directly in the app, email 2439646234@qq.com. We process the request in accordance with law after identity verification.
Where technically feasible, such as where data interfaces are compatible, we may transmit a copy of your information directly to a third party you designate.
Certain business functions may rely solely on non-human automated decision-making mechanisms such as information systems or algorithms. If a decision materially affects your lawful rights, you may request an explanation, and we provide an appropriate remedy.
For security, you may need to submit a written request or otherwise prove your identity. We may verify your identity before processing the request.
We normally respond within 15 business days after receiving the request and completing identity verification. If you disagree with the result, you may continue your complaint by emailing 2439646234@qq.com.
We generally do not charge for reasonable requests. For repeated requests or requests exceeding reasonable limits, we may charge an appropriate cost-based fee. We may decline requests that are unreasonably repetitive, require excessive technical measures, create risks to another person's lawful rights, or are otherwise impracticable. Security considerations, legal requirements, or technical limits may also prevent us from responding in the following circumstances:
1. The request relates to the personal-information controller's performance of legal obligations.
2. The request is directly related to national security or national defense security.
3. The request is directly related to public security, public health, or major public interests.
4. The request is directly related to criminal investigation, prosecution, trial, or enforcement of judgments.
5. There is sufficient evidence that the requester acts in bad faith or abuses their rights.
6. Refusal is necessary to protect the requester's or another person's life, property, or other major lawful rights and it is difficult to obtain consent.
7. Responding would seriously harm the lawful rights of the requester or another person or organization.
8. The request involves trade secrets.
Kyormar is an instant messaging product for adults aged 18 or older and is not designed specifically for children. Persons under 18 may not register, sign in to, or use Kyormar. A mobile number and SMS verification code can verify only the number and the current action; they cannot determine or prove a user's actual age.
We attach great importance to protecting children's personal information. Our products, websites, and services are primarily intended for adults. Children should not create user accounts without consent from a parent or guardian. Although definitions vary by local law and custom, we treat any person under 14 as a child.
If children's information is collected with parental or guardian consent, we store, use, or publicly disclose it only where permitted by law, expressly consented to by the parent or guardian, or necessary to protect the child. Otherwise, we seek to delete it promptly.
Given current technical and business limitations, we may have difficulty identifying children's information proactively. If you discover that we collected a child's information unknowingly or without prior verifiable guardian consent, contact us promptly. We seek to delete it after discovery. We also delete such information if we identify it ourselves, except where retention is required by law.
Information Kyormar collects and generates in the People's Republic of China is generally stored in China. Account details are retained while the account exists. SMS verification codes and sending and verification records are kept for the period needed for verification, security controls, troubleshooting, and legal obligations. Chat records, friend and group relationships, resource files, and notification records are retained for the period needed for message synchronization, history, dispute handling, and security. Crash, security, and operation logs are retained for troubleshooting, security controls, and legally required periods.
After cancellation is completed, account details, friend and group relationships, chat records, file resources, notification records, and device records are deleted or anonymized according to product functions, server procedures, and applicable law. Necessary data retained for cybersecurity, service security, dispute and complaint handling, judicial assistance, regulatory inspection, or log-retention requirements is kept for no less than six months and is deleted or anonymized when the retention period ends.
Kyormar services provided to users in China follow the principle of domestic storage. If personal information must later be provided abroad, before transfer we inform you of the overseas recipient's name and contact details, processing purpose and method, information categories, retention period, and how to exercise your rights. We obtain separate consent, complete a personal-information protection impact assessment, and fulfill applicable cross-border procedures as required by law.
As a general rule, information collected and generated in the People's Republic of China is stored in China. We retain information only for the period needed for the purposes in this Policy and any minimum period required by law. After that period, we delete or anonymize it as required. A longer period may apply where required by law, necessary for public-interest or scientific and historical research, or separately authorized by you.
Because products or services may use resources and servers in multiple locations, after obtaining your authorization, information may be transferred to or accessed from a jurisdiction outside the country or region in which you use the product or service.
Those jurisdictions may have different data-protection laws or no corresponding law. In such cases, we ensure protection substantially equivalent to that provided in the People's Republic of China, for example by obtaining consent for cross-border transfer or implementing safeguards such as de-identification before transfer.
Kyormar requests system permissions when you use specific features. Camera access supports taking and sending photos, recording video, video calls, and avatar photos. Microphone access supports voice messages and audio capture for voice and video calls. Photo access supports selecting or saving photos and videos. File access supports selecting files, opening attachments, downloading files, and caching chat resources. Notifications support new-message, system, and incoming-call reminders. Bluetooth connects external call-audio devices. Overlay display and battery-optimization allowlisting support call-status display where permitted by the system and improve offline-reminder reliability. Install-app permission is used only to open the system authorization page and installer after you actively download an update through "Check for Updates." Biometric and voice-to-text capabilities are used only when you actively enable the corresponding feature. Network access supports sign-in, messaging, files, audio-video, push connections, and security checks.
Third-party SDKs and services actually used by Kyormar include Getui Push Service, Gtc SDK, vivo Push SDK, Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) SDK, HuYi Wireless SMS Service, Qiniu Cloud Storage Service, and LiveKit Real-Time Audio and Video Service. Getui, Gtc, and vivo support Android offline messages and incoming-call reminders. FCM is used only in applicable overseas Android versions to provide an offline notification channel. HuYi Wireless supports verification messages for registration, sign-in, account recovery, and security checks. Qiniu supports upload, storage, and accelerated access for avatars, photos, voice messages, videos, and files. LiveKit supports voice and video calls. The services actually enabled vary by platform, system version, and feature settings.
Kyormar is available only to adults aged 18 or older. Persons under 18 may not register, sign in to, or use Kyormar. Mobile numbers and SMS verification codes can confirm only that a number can receive messages and that the current action is associated with that number; they cannot determine or prove actual age. A guardian may contact us at the email address in this Policy concerning a minor's information.
We may update this Privacy Policy. Without your explicit consent, we do not reduce the rights you have under this Policy. We publish changes on this page.
For material changes, we provide more prominent notice. Material changes include:
1. A material change to our service model, such as the purpose of processing, categories of information processed, or manner of use.
2. A material change to ownership or organizational structure, such as a change of owner caused by business adjustment, bankruptcy, merger, or acquisition.
3. A material change to the principal recipients of information sharing, transfer, or public disclosure.
4. A material change to your rights concerning information processing or how those rights are exercised.
5. A change to the department responsible for information security, its contact information, or complaint channels.
6. A personal-information security impact-assessment report indicates a high risk.
We archive previous versions of this Policy for your reference.

Telephone: No public customer-service telephone number is currently available.
Fax: Not applicable.
You can contact the personnel responsible for personal-information protection through the email address above.
We generally respond within 30 days.
If you are dissatisfied with the result, you may file a complaint with the competent regulator or seek another lawful remedy.
You can view or update relevant information in Kyormar's profile, friend, group, conversation, and settings pages; delete local chat records in a conversation; and request account cancellation through settings.
